Stillwater is where we’re based, so this is the town we know best. We clean windows for homes across Stillwater, for the rental properties that make up most of the housing here, and for the businesses along Main Street and Perkins Road.
Rental turnovers, on the Stillwater calendar
Most people in Stillwater rent, and with more than 25,000 students at Oklahoma State University the rental market moves on a schedule everyone here knows. Late July and August is move-in. May is move-out. Those are the weeks when landlords and property managers need glass cleaned fast and in volume, and they are the weeks our book fills up first.
If you manage more than one property, tell us how many units and we’ll quote the set rather than each address separately. Booking ahead of the August rush is worth doing. By the first week of classes we are usually turning work away.
What a window cleaning includes
- Glass cleaned inside and out, edge to edge, no missed corners
- Frames and sills wiped down, not just the glass
- Screens removed, cleaned, and put back the way we found them
- Hard water spotting treated where it will come off, and an honest answer where it won’t
- Boots off or covers on indoors, and we tidy up before we leave
Why glass in Stillwater doesn’t stay clean long
Spring in Payne County means pollen, red dirt on the wind, and a run of storms. Most Stillwater homes look their best on a twice-a-year schedule: once after the spring storms have blown through, and once in the fall before the weather turns. If you don’t need us that often, we’ll tell you.
The 7-Day Rain Guarantee
If it rains within seven days of us cleaning your windows, we’ll come back out. That applies in Stillwater the same as everywhere else we work.
Frequently asked questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Stillwater?
Price depends on the number of panes, how many stories, and whether screens and tracks are included. We quote free and in writing before any work starts, so there is no guessing. Call (405) 612-1358 and we’ll get you a number.
Do you clean windows inside as well as outside?
Yes, both. Unless you would rather we only did the outside. Some rental turnovers only need one or the other, and we’ll price it either way.
How often should windows be cleaned in Oklahoma?
Twice a year suits most homes here: once after spring storm season, once in the fall. Storefronts and anything on a main road usually want it monthly or quarterly.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Regularly. Rental turnover is a large part of what we do in Stillwater, especially in August and May. Multi-property quotes are straightforward. Just tell us the unit count.
