Perkins sits on the Cimarron River, and red dirt gets into everything: driveways, sidewalks, porches and the bottom of fences. Pressure washing brings concrete back to its real color and gets the grime off before it stains for good.
The right pressure for each surface
Concrete can take high pressure. Wood fences, decks and painted surfaces can’t. We match the pressure and nozzle to the surface so it comes out clean and undamaged, and we use soft washing instead where pressure would do harm.

Do you charge to come to Perkins?
No. Perkins is 11 miles from our base and there’s no travel charge.

Not at the right settings. We match the pressure to the surface, and use soft washing where pressure would do damage.
